Tom has completed many hundreds of reel-to-reel tape projects and will be happy to guide and advise you throughout the process.
He will provide you with a quote based on an estimate of the amount of audio your tapes contain, and discuss the best way to provide the audio for you - download / CD / Memory stick.
Once we have received the tapes and confirmed they match the initial estimate, we will contact you to confirm receipt, request payment, and cover any issues that may arise before proceeding.
Home recordings often benefit from work to correct varying recording levels, reduce hiss and remove hum, and placing important sections of recordings such as family speaking at the start of an audio file, where the rest of the track might be radio recordings from the 60s.
This is all included in the price quote, as well as return postage, and storage media such as CDs.
